Super friendly staff, best ice cream available in Spokane for sure. Really nothing other than that, just a great place for those with a sweet tooth.

Prices are still decent. Staff has always been friendly. And of course..... the Ice Cream!

Pretty typical chain ice cream place. The ice cream was delicious but the building was very hot. The staff were friendly and efficient but such a small front area combined with the heat makes for a very uncomfortable space. Luckily they have outdoor seating which we used.

Really wish they would serve licorice ice cream. :(

I will never order from this place again. It was my first time ordering a cake from them and they failed to inform me that they don’t take $50 or $100. So I send my husband in there to grab the cake and all he has is $100 and they refuse to break my money for a cake that is $56. A lady offered to give us $50’s for the $100 and they still refused to take my money. This place is horrible as well as the customer service. When I called to order the cake, it was their duty to inform me that they don’t take large bills as it was my first time ever ordering from them! But hey, they just saved me money and made me realize how worthless of a business they are! Who the hell refuses money???

Love the ice cream! It is so much different when you go into an ice cream shop, in contrast to buying it off a grocery Shelf! The ice cream was very soft and creamy and never melted too fast. Loved the caramel macchiato and double chocolate fudge ice cream in the cone! Was a great experience!

The icecream is delicious, Jamocha Almond Fudge, Bubblegum, Boston Cream Pie, Salted Caramel, New York . Premium icecream like Ben & Jerry's, Fun flavors, classic flavors, icecream cakes and milkshakes. Outdoor seating. This is a small store. The customer service is much better than the last time I came, so that was good. I bought icecream for 7 people for under $20, so that's not too bad (one scoop on a sugar cone or in a cup). If you are in the area, and you are nostálgic for the bubblegum icecream of your childhood like I was, come get a scoop. For a locally owned icecream shop that's out of sight, try Pete Belles in the Valley or Doyle's Icecream Parlor in Felony Flats (near Boone & Nettleton. Only open in the summer)

Went in to buy a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and it cost $46.00 ( not a problem) but they wouldnt take a $50...I'm pretty sure theres something behind it. How on earth was I not able to pay with a 50 (cash). Sad sad story what has this world come to

Clean, Inviting, and Huge selection!! The customer service was outstanding too. They have a ton of ice cream and toppings. In addition they have a freezer with ready to go ice cream cakes!!!

Who doesnt love a million different flavors of ice cream. A little pricey. Mostly your paying for the name and variety. Because let's be honest to a 3 yr old ice cream is ice cream! But it was special to sit out on the bench and make memories of you and your little one eating ice cream watching the cars go by. So I would pay anything for that

I love this place, my grandkids make whatever type of sundae.I myself enjoy the banana split.Sometimes it gets really busy here and you might have a little wait time getting your favorite ice cream.

Just called to let them know they had a rainbow ending right on them dude that answered was just as excited about it as I was 😂😂

Couldn't take a bill over $20 even though or total was $48. Employees seemed overwhelmed when they got busy during our visit and started to clearly rush but overall good service.

Me and my son went out for some ice cream tonight and this young man name Kobe helped us he was so nice there where busy but he keep his smile on his face with a great attitude😄 his co-working the young lady on the other hand bad attitude attitude not nice at all very rude to be honest i wouldn't wanna work with someone like that but Kobe was great thank you for making use amazing ice cream sundaes keep up the good work kids

The girls in this place didn't care about wearing their masks. One had the mask under her chin and coughed while scooping out the ice cream. Not saying she has the virus but come on, don't cough on the ice cream. Floor was sticky

Awesome employee very hard worker, perfect service, PERFECT ice cream Jamocha milkshake and great store atmosphere! Only gripe is a smudged table... other than that, superb like a 31 syllable 和歌 .

Went to buy a cake for a birthday. Felt like we were putting the girl out because of our questions. We did leave with a cake, but it was pretty expensive. Probably won't be going back there.Costco next time.

It's ice cream, it's good. A variety of flavors and they will offer samples. They have ice cream cake and quarts to take home too. A pleasant little store with ok prices.

We ordered my son's first birthday cake from here and it was perfect, exactly the color I wanted and it was decorated very neatly! Oh and of course super yummy!

Attentive, friendly and quick staff made it easy and enjoyable to order and simple flavors. The venue itself is quite small and feels cramped. There is some outside seating though for those who might not want to feel so squished.

Who doesn't love ice cream?! Coming from someone who's lactose intolerant.... Thanks for always having a flavor that satisfies the craving.
